Valley Produce Co. Barossa Brandy Gluten Free Christmas Pudding
This premium range of Christmas Puddings the Valley Produce Co. sources its matured brandy from the Barossa Valley and fresh free range eggs from the Hunter Valley which are two of Australia's most prestige food and wine regions, hence the name Valley Produce Co.
Each pudding is crafted individually by hand using the traditional boiled in cloth method in old fashioned gas fired "coppers" before being hung on the line to naturally dry, age and mature. This traditional cloth cooking method we believe produces the moistest tasting pudding. Enjoy!
