Plant-Based Christmas Nut Roast with Cranberries, Mash and Instant Potato & Gravy Mix

NATURALLY GLUTEN FREE - GRAIN FREE - VEGAN - PREMIUM INGREDIENTS
NUT ROAST PREPARATION:
- ADD 500ML boiling water
- ADD 600ml olive oil*
- STIR until well combined
- PLACE in loaf pan provided
- BAKE loaf @ 150oC for 1 hour
*optional but recommended.
DIRECTIONS - Makes 300g mash (3 serves)
Place 1 cup of Plantasy Potato Mash into a medium sized bowl.
Add 1 cup + 1 tbls of boiling water, or half boiling water and half hot milk of choice
Whisk with a fork until thick and smooth
Add salt to taste. We recommend 1/2 teaspoon salt for this serving.
TIP! For extra richness add a tablespoon of butter or olive oil. Add more liquid if you prefer a lighter, fluffier mash
To Make 1 cup of gravy: whisk 3 tbs gravy mix and 1 cup cold water. Place over a low heat, bring to boil and whisk til thick and glossy.
COOKING TIPS: For best results, allow the prepared mixture to rest for at least 1 hour before placing in the provided loaf pan to ensures the lentils are hydrated.
Preheat oven to 150oC. Bake the Nut Roast for 1 hour or until it feels firm. Slice thickly and serve with hot gravy and vegetables.
