The tablet is a good supplement to your daily beauty routine.

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE

Adults: Take 1 tablet two to three times daily in combination with a meal or a glass of water. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended to use by pregnant and lactating women. Do not use if the blister packaging (inner foil) is broken or tampered with. Contains fish.
