    Direction for Use

    Add 2 or 3 teaspoons of dry powder to a cup, then add 300ml of hot water, stir thoroughly until dissolved and enjoy. Can also be added to soups, gravy and sauces. Take up to twice per day. Storage information: Keep bag sealed, do not refrigerate. Store in a cool, dry place.
