Muesli are mostly Raw, unprocessed ingredients with variety of ingredients including nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and sweets. The best way to eat Muesli would be to it cold, hot or soak the dry muesli in milk and leave it in the fridge overnight; in the morning, the grains will have absorbed the liquid, plumping them up and infusing them with flavor.
