Direction for Use

Place 1 heaped scoop (10g) of dry powder into a glass, add 250 to 350ml of cold water, depending on desired taste and mix thoroughly until fully dissolved. Take once per day.. Storage information: Keep bag sealed, do not refrigerate. Store in a cool, dry place.
