Ingredients: Hydrolysed Bovine Collagen Peptides (Type 1 & 3), L-Glutamine, Tapioca Starch Vita Fibre , Organic Turmeric, Cinnamon Verum / Zeylanicum Powder (organic), Aloe Vera Leaf powder, Slippery Elm Bark, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C).

How much?  For the first week, add 1 teaspoon (5g) with 300ml water and stir well until thoroughly mixed. Increase to 1 tablespoon (10g) in subsequent weeks for the full benefit of additional collagen.
