This beautiful blend is a relatively traditional mix. We grind and combine: coriander, cinnamon, fennel, ginger, cloves, dill and star anise.
    Eat our Chinese 7 Spice with a meat that can take lots of flavour. Use as a dry rub on greasier meats like duck and pork, that can really stand up to 7 spice's sweet, tangy taste. Serve your meat with egg-fried rice, seasoned noodles or lightly dressed greens.
